Product Description
WNS Series High Efficiency Oil Fired Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS, which is a horizontal internal three return oil (gas) high-speed boiler (gas) integrated boiler with a wet structure at the rear. The first circuit is a wave furnace and a recirculation chamber, the second circuit is a flue gas pipe, and the third circuit is an energy saver and a condenser. The boiler is equipped with a complete set of automatic control devices and safety protection devices to achieve automatic water level control, alarm and shutdown when the water level is reduced; automatic boiler ignition, automatic furnace power adjustment and flame protection ensure safe operation of the boiler.
The boiler demineralized water first enters the condenser, and then is heated in the condenser (while cooling the flue gas), and then returned to the soft water tank. The preheated demineralized water is pumped to the economizer through the feedwater, heated by the economizer, and then sent to the boiler body.
Brief Introduction of Boiler Operating Conditions
The boiler can run stably under 80% -100% working conditions. The rated load is less than 100%. The operating parameters of the boiler are: the feed water temperature is 20 C, the rated working pressure is 1.25 MPa, and 10 tons of water vapor can be generated within one hour, and the temperature is 193.4C. If the fuel is natural gas, the calculated thermal efficiency is 98.96%, the exhaust temperature is 48.93 C, and the fuel consumption is 754.78NM3 / h (using the product one day). The calorific value of natural gas is low (> 36.36MJ / NM3).
